We do our best to create swatches and images for the website to represent our products and colors as closely as possible to how it is in person. However, the actual color may appear different for everyone due to a number of factors such as monitor resolution, color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any complimentary samples or travel sample sizes at this time.
ORDERS
We are unable to make any modifications or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse. We can only update addresses if the order is returned to our facility, or we recommend contacting USPS with your tracking number to request and address change.

We recommend that first you create an account with us. Please note, all orders are processed and updated on business days only.
All order updates and alerts on status will be sent to the email provided when creating your purchase. You will receive an initial email notification when your order is confirmed. A second email notification will be sent once the order has been picked up by USPS along with your tracking info. A final email notification will be sent to you once your package has been delivered.

We're sorry to hear that your order did not arrive as expected. Please email us a photo of your damaged or missing items and a screenshot of the packaging slip so we can assist in replacing your item(s).
Daleyza & Dalary is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. All claims regarding incomplete delivery issues should be filed directly with USPS, please click here to initiate your search. Please have your tracking number and info ready. You can find more information about filing claims for uninsured packages here with USPS.
Occasionally USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but we recommend checking with your local post office for more information in the meantime.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for all orders over $50. For all orders under $50, you will be charged a flat rate of $7- $10 depending on the final package size.
We're closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders will be processed Monday to Friday within 48 - 72 business hours. All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated transit time is 5-8 business days. Please allow for longer processing times during Holidays and new product launches.
If an order is over $150, Daleyza & Dalary may elect to ship the order with a signature required. This is solely at Daleyza & Dalary’s discretion and done to protect the buyer's purchase.

RETURN POLICY
